Once books are collected they are identified with a personalized label on the inside cover and distributed to participating classrooms and
organizations / locations. A volunteer will then read one of those books to the children. Following the reading each student then has their
book signed by the volunteer, giving them a sense of accomplishment of the reading program. Volunteers are those interested in the welfare
of the community, local high school and college students, as well as the officers from the local police departments.
